Return Policy
At skinseren, we only offer you the best. However, we understand that not all purchases are satisfactory and sometimes a return is necessary. That is why we offer you the best return policy of up to 30 days.
You can cancel your order if you initiate a cancellation earlier than the time it was shipped and within the time specified on the website to initiate a cancellation.
Our 30-day return policy allows you to return your product within 30 days of receiving it and we will be happy to provide you with a refund or exchange.
If you are returning an item, please make sure that it is unused and in perfect condition, exactly as you received it, including tags. The package must also contain information such as the order number and the reason for the return. If these conditions are not met and the product is shipped to us in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange the item. To process your return, you must send us your proof of purchase or receipt.
We strongly recommend that you do not return your item directly to the manufacturer, as you will need to bear all costs of returning it to our partner dealers with the appropriate package tracking number. Without the tracking number, our company is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
The following products cannot be returned:
● Items purchased from retailers that were purchased by mistake
● Items in good condition
● Wrong item delivered
● Items damaged due to customer misuse.

Items can be returned if they are unpacked but not resaleable.
Damaged Goods Policy
If your item was damaged during shipping, we recommend that you send an email with proof (with photos/videos) to service@skinseren.com. Proof of damage in the form of video/photos is required so that we can assess the damage of the product and provide you with available options.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send you an email with the status of the returned item and the status of your refund.
Once your refund request is approved and processed, the refund will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that the processing time depends on the payment institution. However, in most cases, it only lasts a few days.
Our 30-day refund policy also applies to purchases made using this method.
Late or Missed Returns
If your refund has not been received after a week, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company as it may take longer to process your refund.
If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@skinseren.com so we can check the situation for you.
Cancellations
If you change your mind after payment and cancel your purchase within 24 hours, we can refund you without any questions. Cancellations after this time will not be entertained, so you will need to wait for the item to arrive before returning it to us.
Sales Events
Sales items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items will be reimbursed.

For returns caused by the consumer, the shipping costs are borne by the consumer. The specific rate depends on the courier you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to reasons beyond our control, the consumer will not be responsible for the shipping costs incurred.
